A Delivering Journey

Today has been great, but the night was even better. First of all, I want to take a second to say how incredible my husband is. He is absolutely amazing and I couldn't imagine life with anyone else! I love you, Randy! Thank you for being mine! I am SO thankful for you! So here's how the night went down: First, I messed up my potato soup for the first time ever :( I use a family recipe that my Mema, Mom, and sometimes my Dad always made for me, and it's definitely my favorite. I was originally going to make Ranch house crock pot pork chops and mashed potatoes , but I forgot to defrost the pork chops, and I really didn't have enough time, so I rolled with the punches and started making soup. If you love coffee - especially strong coffee - allow me to rock your world. When I say "strong" coffee, I mean STRONG. Like, smack you AND your mom in the face strong. Randy and I had our first date at an Egyptian restaurant - among other places. We went to 4 different places - He had it all planned out! We revisited the same restaurant last year and I had some of their "Turkish Coffee". Whoa baby. You can't drink more than an espresso shot full...MAYBE two. I had two. I'm a glutton for punishment, and strong coffee. I loved it! It was a life-changing experience! Okay, I'm being pretty dramatic, but it is very strong and very good! Anyway, my amazing husband decided to be extra amazing, and he bought me the little pot and special coffee to make my own! Fortunately, the restaurant was selling both for very little. If anyone watches HIMYM, you might find a bit of amusement in the title :) So I apologize for my obnoxiously long hiatus from here. However, I am extremely thrilled to report that things have been SO. MUCH. BETTER! I can't explain it, but I am better than I have been in at least 2 years. Who knows what's going on? I'll take it, though!!! I've been through a lot more tests and junk since my last post, and we haven't really gotten anywhere. It's the strangest thing - the doctors will be about 90% sure I have something, they get me into the tests in crazy timing because they insist the test is urgent and that they need to get to whatever is wrong ASAP, then they find nothing and almost can't believe it. I have 2 more CT scans to do next week and then I decided I'm done. I'll continue to see my neurologist for migraines, but I'm really just sick of tests. I'm feeling pretty good lately, so I'm just going to pray everything continues to...
